Five Different Classes Offered

In addition to this, it also shares codes with Air France-KLM, Virgin Atlantic and Australia, along with many other carriers that significantly increases its reach. Travellers can book to Bangkok, New York, Bangalore, Singapore or any other destination with this airline or any of its associates for a comfortable journey. However, reserving seats with this America-based airlines gives more options to travellers regarding the seat category. There are two premium and three economy cabins, and each of them offers impeccable comfort and flawless services during the journey.

Basic Economy

This is the most economical option offered to travellers by the company. They can opt for this seating in case of a budget trip or short-haul journey. Passengers are offered complimentary drinks and snacks along with access to Delta Studio and Wi-Fi. However, they may have to pay for the latter two services, and can also buy meals on board. It is worth mentioning that people do not get to choose seats while making the reservation and are randomly assigned the same.

Main Cabin

It is an upgrade from the above-mentioned arrangement, and features more or less similar services. However, in this class, travellers can choose their seats according to their preferences. In addition to this, booking rules regarding the cancellation or amendment also differ, and are more flexible. International air ticket rates may vary from the domestic ones as fliers are also given meals, sleeping kit and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage options.

Delta Comfort +

In the economy category, it is the highest class; hence includes more features than both the previous categories. Seats are more comfortable with extra legroom, and beverages are free of cost. Apart from this, people with this ticket get priority boarding. Dedicated overhead space and premium snacks along with access to many in-flight entertainment options make the entire travelling experience fun. People flying on San Francisco and New York route also get complimentary frozen yogurt, snack wrap, blankets and pillow.

Delta One

Business Elite has been renamed as Delta One, and people with these tickets get priority while check-in. The cabin features seats that can lie flat and are decorated with linens from the house of Westin hotel chain. Pre-flight drinks, complimentary snacks, meals and best-quality entertainment gadgets are offered to passengers.

First Class

As the name suggests, it is the highest class available in the booking option list. Along with all the features mentioned above, fliers get access to power outlets. Premium services are provided, be it meals or entertainment amenities.
